丙烷脱沥青装置调合前沥青的综合利用

在丙烷脱沥青装置加热炉试烧装置自产调合前沥青,通过观察油枪雾化沥青的能力、火嘴的燃烧情况以及燃烧后的烟尘状况,筛选出适合沥青燃烧的油枪,最终实现调合前沥青直接做加热炉燃料、减少重油出厂量的目的。     

析湿工况下翅片管式换热器表面粉尘沉积过程的数值模型

空调器采用翅片管式换热器作为蒸发器，在制冷工况下换热器表面发生析湿及粉尘沉积，导致性能衰减。建立湿翅片表面粉尘颗粒物沉积过程的数学模型，模拟冷凝水捕集颗粒物以及湿积灰层黏附颗粒物的过程。被冷凝水捕集的颗粒物数量等于运动轨迹与水表面轮廓会出现相交的入射颗粒物的数量；后续的入射颗粒物与湿积灰层碰撞时，部分入射颗粒物会发生沉积且部分被碰撞的已沉积湿颗粒物会发生移除，这两部分的颗粒物数量相减即为被湿积灰层黏附的颗粒物数量。模拟与实验结果的对比表明，预测的湿积灰层形状与实验照片的吻合度较好，预测的单位面积颗粒物沉积质量与91%的实验数据之间的误差在±20%之间，平均误差为11.8%。     

退火温度对冷轧DP980钢力学性能的影响

利用连续退火模拟机对DP980试验钢进行了连续退火试验,并通过扫描电镜、电子背散射衍射、透射电镜等研究了不同退火温度下(775、800、825和850 ℃),试验钢显微组织的演变规律和力学性能的变化趋势。结果表明:试验钢的屈服强度随着退火温度的升高而不断增大(从705 MPa增大到850 MPa),抗拉强度和断后伸长率则随着退火温度的升高而不断减小(抗拉强度从1150 MPa减小到1030 MPa;伸长率从8.9%减小到5.3%),这与试验钢的显微组织构成和形态分布密切相关。此外,不同退火温度下,试验钢的加工硬化率曲线均呈现单调下降的趋势。     

Genes Identification,Molecular Docking and Dynamics Simulation Analysis of Laccases from Amylostereum areolatum Provides Molecular Basis of Laccase Bound to Lignin

An obligate mutualistic relationship exists between the fungus Amylostereum areolatum and woodwasp Sirex noctilio. The fungus digests lignin in the host pine, providing essential nutrients for the growing woodwasp larvae. However, the functional properties of this symbiosis are poorly described. In this study, we identified, cloned, and characterized 14 laccase genes from A. areolatum. These genes encoded proteins of 508 to 529 amino acids and contained three typical copper-oxidase domains, necessary to confer laccase activity. Besides, we performed molecular docking and dynamics simulation of the laccase proteins in complex with lignin compounds (monomers, dimers, trimers, and tetramers). AaLac2, AaLac3, AaLac6, AaLac8, and AaLac10 were found that had low binding energies with all lignin model compounds tested and three of them could maintain stability when binding to these compounds. Among these complexes, amino acid residues ALA, GLN, LEU, PHE, PRO, and SER were commonly present. Our study reveals the molecular basis of A. areolatum laccases interacting with lignin, which is essential for understanding how the fungus provides nutrients to S. noctilio. These findings might also provide guidance for the control of S. noctilio by informing the design of enzyme mutants that could reduce the efficiency of lignin degradation.

分析了国内空间质子探测现状及其向着宽量程、高精度的发展趋势,并对比分析了国内外空间粒子探测仪器地面质子束源。依据空间质子能谱范围,从技术指标和业务运行角度,给出了空间质子探测仪器定标束流的加速器类型、离子源类型及束流输运和总体布局等方面需求。     

Road Extraction from High Resolution Remote Sensing Image based on Shape Analysis with Gestalt Theory

Simulating the psychological experience of human vision，a road extraction model based on the format tower is proposed to extract the road in the high resolution remote sensing image from the perspective of morphology.Firstly，based on the spectral and texture information，the suspected road targets are extracted by using segmentation technology.Then these targets are classified according to their reliability and extract the road targets for each category.Finally，three types of identified road information are verified and merged，and the continuous smooth road extraction results are obtained.Experiments on real high resolution images show that the results are consistent with the visual perception of the human eye，and the overall classification accuracy is higher，indicating that the algorithm is effective and feasible and has good use value.

某污水处理厂MBR膜系统改造与运行管理

某污水处理厂设计规模为10万t/d,采用AAO+MBR工艺,设计出水水质满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A标准。由于运行时间较长,MBR运行系统存在产能下降、膜丝断丝脱落、污堵和清洗频次以及强度增加等问题,严重影响正常生产运行。针对MBR系统运行中存在的问题,文中提出具体改造建议,并总结运行经验,进一步优化MBR膜系统的运行维护管理,为其他污水厂MBR膜系统运行问题提供解决思路和维护管理经验。     

煤矿工业场地道路照明接地系统问题探讨

文章简要介绍了煤矿工业场地的特点和低压配电系统接地方式分类,从安全性、经济性的角度分析了TN接地系统和TT接地系统在道路照明回路中的优缺点。通过对比TN-S系统与TT系统的接地故障电流差异、TN-S接地系统用于道路照明的等电位联结困难程度,总结出煤矿工业场地的道路照明配电系统适宜采用TT接地方式。并且详细阐述了TT接地系统剩余电流动作保护器保护整定方法和灵敏度校验方法,列举了煤矿工业场地道路照明选用TT系统时需要注意的中性线不可重复接地的问题。
